This notice explains how GuardCampus uses the personal information you give us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the course you are interested in and anything you write in your message. When you book a course we also collect the information Highfield Qualifications and the SIA require, such as proof of identity.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange your training, register you with the awarding body and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share learner details with Highfield Qualifications so your qualification can be registered and awarded. We may share information with the SIA where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Learner records are kept for as long as the awarding body requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. To make a request, use our contact form.
